Quality & Cold Chain

FISHCO wave markTrade control and cold chain

Shipment control from supplier offer to customer delivery.

Quality is not only the product. It is the specification, supplier reliability, documents, payment timing, reefer handling and follow-up until the customer receives the goods.

Process

Four points of control.

1

Source

Match buyer demand with the right supplier, product form, size, glazing, packing and origin.

2

Structure

Coordinate commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, payment flow and bill of lading details.

3

Ship

Arrange direct reefer movement or Balkan cold-store consolidation depending on the order.

4

Follow up

Track ETA changes, arrival status, release preparation and customer handover.

Logistics and cold storage

Direct shipment when possible. Mixed loads when needed.

Most orders can move directly from the producing country to the customer’s market. For Balkan customers, we can also use cold-store partners to consolidate mixed frozen loads when a buyer does not need a full container of one item.

Operating flow

  1. Buyer requirement, destination and target delivery window
  2. Supplier sourcing and product specification by species, size, glazing and packing
  3. Commercial documents, certificates and payment coordination
  4. Direct reefer shipment from origin to customer market where practical
  5. Balkan cold-store consolidation for mixed frozen loads when required
  6. Arrival follow-up, release support and customer handover
Direct tradeProducts can ship from origin to the customer without unnecessary routing through Albania.
Mixed loadsCold-store support in the Balkan area helps customers combine multiple frozen seafood products.
